Engineer turned Formula 1 journalist
A storyteller with a technical edge – building bridges between data, drama, and the global paddock.
From engineering
to storytelling
Christoffer Lindén never planned to become a Formula 1 journalist. Trained as an engineer, fascinated by machines, systems, and pressure — he was drawn beyond the technical diagrams to the human stories underneath.
Leaving a secure job, he moved from Finland to Sweden, trading spreadsheets for pit lanes and starting over with a press pass and a notepad.

Covering Formula 1
from the inside
Today, Christoffer reports for
Auto Motor & Sport Sweden – blending technical expertise with narrative instinct to bring clarity to the fastest sport on Earth.
Stories across borders
From Bahrain to Monaco, Christoffer covers paddocks, garages and grandstands — building trusted relationships with drivers, engineers and insiders through persistence and professionalism.

A vision rooted in
clarity and context
Christoffer doesn’t write to impress – he writes to explain. Whether dissecting Ferrari’s disqualification or highlighting a rookie’s debut, he brings readers into the bigger picture of a sport built on speed, secrecy, and spectacle.
